SBHS Dance courses are designed to help bring a greater awareness in the art of dance, its technique, style, performance quality, musicality and strength needed as well as implement better body alignment, identify dance terminology, movement phrases, and part history.

The SBHS Dance Team course requires a large time commitment in and outside of school time (see Calendar). It is open to 10-12th (or exceptional 9th) grade students by audition only.
